Shredding is where a waste processing line either works or struggles. Get the primary reduction right and every downstream stage — screening, air separation, metal recovery — performs as designed. Get it wrong and the whole line inherits the problem.
Through our shredding partnership we supply low-speed, high-torque pre-shredders and high-capacity fine shredders that open bulky, contaminated and highly variable waste without the jamming and wear that plague conventional machines.
Integrated with your plant, not bolted on
Because we design the surrounding line ourselves, the shredder is specified against the actual feed and the actual downstream demand — particle size, throughput and uptime targets all set together rather than in isolation.
Installation, commissioning, operator training, wear-part supply and scheduled service are all handled by the same TDS Prime team that supports the rest of your plant.
