Leading Waste Management Company In India

Turning Waste Into Sustainable Solutions

Passion for Innovation to Implementation

Who We Are

A pioneering manufacturing and engineering company

TDS Prime Association Pvt Ltd delivers waste management solutions built around the realities of Indian municipal solid waste — high moisture, high inert content and highly variable composition.

Our scope covers the full lifecycle: design of the project, fabrication of every major machine, delivery to site, assembly and commissioning, and long-term maintenance. One team, one point of accountability.

More About Us

Circular By Design

Every plant is configured to maximise recovery and minimise what reaches landfill.

In-House Manufacturing

Machining, fabrication and assembly under our own roof and quality control.

Built To Last

Heavy-duty construction rated for continuous duty in abrasive waste streams.

Compliance Ready

Designed to meet SWM Rules and CPCB requirements from day one.

Our Work

On site with our team

Mechanized segregation, processing and site surveys delivered by our own field crews.

How It Works

Process & mass flow for a Materials Recovery Facility

Mixed municipal waste enters once and leaves as four graded streams. Each trommel stage takes a size cut, and every cut gets its own sorting and separation train.

  • Process stage
  • Saleable output
  • Residue / reject
Process and mass flow diagram for a Materials Recovery FacilityMixed municipal solid waste is weighed, tipped and bag-opened, then passes through a cascade of trommel screens at 300, 16, 200, 120 and 60 millimetres. Each size cut feeds manual sorting followed by air density and magnetic separation, producing a light fraction sold as refuse-derived fuel and a heavy fraction rejected to secure landfill. Material finer than 16 millimetres goes to landfill as residue, and material finer than 60 millimetres is recovered as the organic fraction for composting.Mixed MSW receivedat the facilityWeigh bridge —quantity recordedTipping floor —loader feeds hopperBag opener —controlled feedingTrommel screen300 mm−300 mmTrommel screen16 mm−16 mm passesTrommel screen200 mm−200 mmTrommel screen120 mm−120 mmTrommel screen60 mm+300 mmManual sortingof oversizeRecyclables recoveredRejects to landfill−16 mm finesResidue to landfill+200 mmManual sortingof +200 mmAir density +magnetic separatorLights → RDF fuelHeavies → SLF reject+120 mmManual sortingof +120 mmAir density +magnetic separatorLights → RDF fuelHeavies → SLF reject+60 mmManual sortingof +60 mmAir density +magnetic separatorLights → RDF fuelHeavies → SLF reject−60 mm organic fractionOrganic fraction for composting

Our Services

Crafting sustainable solutions, beyond manufacturing

We stay involved long after the machines are delivered.

01

Project Design

End-to-end plant design — material flow modelling, layout engineering and equipment selection tailored to your waste profile and site footprint.

02

Consulting

Feasibility studies, DPR support, regulatory compliance guidance and capacity planning for municipal and private waste operators.

03

Annual Maintenance Contract

Scheduled preventive maintenance, spare parts supply and rapid on-site support that keeps your plant running at rated capacity.

04

Installation & Commissioning

Our field teams handle assembly, erection, trial runs and operator training until the plant is handed over fully operational.

Why TDS Prime

Why clients choose to work with us
